I honestly do not find myself wanting for anything extra with this cutlery set. The design is excellent, the quality is superb and the appearance is top notch. I use this with the Chicago Cutlery sharpener and love every minute of using this set. This is an excellent set.

I really love these knives and I cook with them often. They are still as sharp as the day I bought them. With proper care (hand washing) and thoroughly drying before storage I have had no problem with rust. If tough stain as appeared I use a Brillo pad with infused soap and very gently rub it away. It works like a charm! I think the best tip CC offered was to not allow your knives to sit in the sink after use, this can really promote rust to form, especially when left in a moist environment. I have been very please with this set. 2 years now and I still haven't had to sharpen them. They still slide through any produce or food with ease.

Any good, expensive set of knives should always be HAND WASHED and dried. NEVER put them in the dishwasher. This will cause problems.
