I was a little weary of this product because of some of the reviews but it works great. We don't have any sticking and no problems with the exterior. It has produced great waffles from the very first time. So far no complaints!

Got this waffle maker last week. This weekend I made one of the recipes in the instruction manual and everyone in the house loved it so much I made a second batch to freeze for office breakfasts.
Pros:
- Waffles were uniform and cooked well.
- Easy to clean. I prefer the plates not to be removable as that creates other problems. If you spray a little cooking spray on the plates before you turn it on the waffles and any left over residue come off with a snap.
Cons:
- The cord is REALLY short.
Other than that I couldn't really find anything wrong. The instruction manual is great. I did find that if I used the entire 1 1/2 cups of batter recommended by the manual it would come out the sides so I reduced it to 1 1/3 cups and it made perfect square waffles. I plan to use this a lot!

We bought this waffle maker a couple of months ago and so far have had no problems with it. It makes great waffles and is very easy to clean. We use a plastic ladle and fill each section separately just enough to fill between the grates, about half of a cup per waffle square. We set our temperature to #4, that seems to get the waffles done to a nice golden color but not crispy. I don't care for crispy waffles anyway so this is just fine for me. I'm not sure what to set it at for a crispy waffle. It has a nice variety of recipes and the ones we've tried were delicious.
I would definitely recommend this product to a friend or anyone else for that matter.
